Two Waters Accounting Solutions was founded in 2025 by Laura Molino, CPA, to provide businesses with senior-level technical expertise and reliable financial leadership.
With 15 years of experience spanning Big 4 public accounting and corporate management, Laura specializes in navigating complex financial environments. She began her career at KPMG, where she was a Manager auditing public companies in the Life Sciences and Biotechnology industries. During her tenure, she provided audit services for leading firms including Sarepta Therapeutics and Foundation Medicine.
Following her time in public accounting, Laura led SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and technical accounting for bluebird bio. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Controller for Resilience, where she was responsible for building the finance function from the ground up, managing a team of 30, and implementing enterprise-wide systems including D365, Coupa, and Concur.
Today, Laura brings this institutional-grade rigor to companies of all sizes, offering a strategic partnership to business leaders who require professional excellence in their accounting and reporting functions.
